Dip Coating
Dip coating involves immersing a substrate material into a diluted raw material, typically Polyurethane, that is mixed with a solvent. After controlled evaporation of the solvents, any excess coating is removed, and the substrate is carefully dried to achieve a smooth and uniform coating. Our dip coating process utilizes medical-grade materials and is led by chemist Dr. Ilana Cohen, ensuring the production of top-quality prototypes and encapsulations. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive production package that includes tooling, manufacturing protocols, and valuable connections to reliable suppliers and factories for the industrial phase. With our dip coating technique, we can achieve layer thicknesses starting from 5 microns (0.005mm)
Silicone
We specialize in the production of silicone based products, whether you require a single prototype or 10,000 parts. Our expertise extends to over molds and embedded metals, as well as the manufacturing of membranes, sleeves, amorphic components, and microscopic cavity molds. Upon completion of prototyping, we will provide you with the production files and connect you to a factory for industrial supply, adhering to the regulation standards of your choosing.
